Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is not as described

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom-sized items

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/email with your order number.
  2. Send photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the claim.
  4. Courier will collect the product (if applicable).

Refund Method

Refunds are processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    Refunds may take 2–5 working days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or design differences (if available).
